Our expert design team can provide you with the drawings and details you need to envision your completed renovation. While we hope to provide you service from design to finished product, we can deliver a design package as a first step toward realizing your construction goals.

Manage
Let us execute your professional architectural drawings from the permitting process through the final finishing touches. Of course, all of our work comes with a full warranty.

Build
This is our specialty! From the first meeting to the warranty walk-through, South Peak is a full-service construction company. We have a simple, six-step process:

1. Complimentary Consultation
   Take this opportunity to meet us in person and provide us with your vision for the finished product.
   
   
   
2. Initial Design Meeting
   We provide floor plans and elevations using rough square footage and assumed finishes based on the information provided during our first meeting. A quote estimate is also provided.
   
   
   
3. Scope of Work defined
   Nailing down (no pun intended) your priorities for the project allow us to provide drawings and provide a budget we can execute and you can afford.
   
   
   
4. Final drawings, finishes & budget
   Scope, budget and plans are finalized to proceed to permitting and construction.
   
   
   
5. Construction
   Execution of the plan! We maintain excellent relationships with our clients through regular meetings and communication.
   
   
   
6. Completion and Warranty
